We are now recruiting for a Projects Administrator to support MML’s mission to provide a safe and dependable tram service and to support the delivery of MML’s projects, meeting the projects’ objectives for time, cost and quality.

As our Projects Administrator, you will assume responsibility for:

  • Providing ongoing support for projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Supporting the development of an end-to-end project process.
  • Using Microsoft Project to produce project activity schedule and timelines.
  • Establishing communication channels with project stakeholders and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Creating and managing comprehensive projects records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitoring and maintaining project performance reports and dashboards, tailoring to recipients for progress, time, cost, risk, issues and quality.
  • Update MML’s Asset Management Information System (AMIS) to maintain asset records.
  • Participate in risk management meetings and workshops.
  • Participate in audits of company procedures, actioning audit findings as required.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have:  

  • Experience of organising and administering work activities, including report writing and minute taking.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Projects and Sharepoint.
  • Experience in working with project stakeholders and resources at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels within and outside the company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including making accurate records, either computer or paper based.
